What are the benefits of TnK Ad as an Advertiser?

TnK Ad can help Advertisers as they launch a new App or shopping mall and need marketing. The new service gets exposed to a large number of users from premium Publishers which results in increased participation. Even a simple download campaign can lead to further actions by exposing the service to the appropriate audience using advanced targeting techniques.

What advertising products does TnK offer?

Advertising products can be classified as follows. 1. Incentive AD: KPIs can be fulfilled in a short period of time by generating a significant increase in participation. 2. Display AD: Ads can be exposed on premium Publishers through CPC or CPM campaigns. 3. Performance AD: Genuine users are secured through the DA or Influencer Platform. 4. CPS AD: Advertisers pay a fee for each product sold through an incentive or an Influencer.

How does pricing work?

The minimum advertising cost is 5 million KRW. Individual prices can vary based on the campaign condition and need to be consulted separately.

How does Tnk Ad help secure a substantial number of downloads and users?

Exposure on over 20 thousand Tnk Publishers guarantees a significant increase in participation in a short period of time. In the case of App advertisements, the campaign results in a rise in ranking within the store leading to additional exposure and inflow.

By how much do downloads increase per day?

Downloads can increase by 1.5 million per month by leveraging all of TnK's Publishers. Please contact the person in charge for details as this number can vary depending on the type and nature of the campaign.

How do Advertisers create and provide advertisement material?

Please create the advertising material by referring to the production guide on TNK's homepage . Up to 3 creatives are supported which need to be sent to TNK at least 2 working days prior to the campaign launch.

Do Advertisers also need to install the SDK?

The SDK or tracker is not needed for CPI(Installs), SNS, and DA campaigns. However, in the case of CPE(Engagement), CPA(Action), and CPP(Purchase), the SDK or a 3rd party tracker must be applied in order to verify user participation.

How is the SDK for Advertisers installed?

Advertisers can download the SDK for advertisers from the Developer Center (link). Please refer to the guide and sample code to find and insert the necessary code.

Are advertising analysis tools provided?

Advertising analysis tools are provided. TnK provides real-time campaign reports as well as hourly/daily/weekly/monthly reports outlining user behavior from which problems can be identified and service improved. Consequently, user loyalty increases maximizing retention. Moreover, it is possible to conduct more efficient marketing by understanding the app usage patterns and retention rates based on the entry path of the users and their data.

How do Advertisers know if an install or an action has occurred?

Every device has a unique identification value. TnK's SDK sends this value to the respective server whenever an install occurs. In the case of Incentive Ads, the App that is being advertised sends data on the actions performed by the user and the advertiser can access this information through the report feature. When using a 3rd party tracker, user behavior information will be displayed on their dashboard.

In the case of Incentive Ads, do Advertisers pay for re-installs on the same device?

They do not. Every devide has a unique identification value which is monitored on TnK's server. Even if installed twice, the Advertiser is only charged once per device.

Is advertising limited to the Android market and Iphone's App Store? What about ONE store?

Google Store, App Store, One Store and Galaxy Store are all supported.

How is the URL verified for Apps registered on multiple markets?

The following is inserted depending on the market that the App is registered on. - The application's unique package name if on the Google Play Store - The PID if on the ONE store - The ID if on the App Store

Do Advertisers need to register Apps on each market individually?

It is fine to register as a single App. However, if the Advertiser wishes to check the data by store, it is recommended to register the App on each market individually.

Can Advertiser's choose when to expose ads?

It is possible to expose Ads only at certain times specified by the Advertiser.

How do Advertisers carry out campaigns for product sales?

The product sales campaign's advertising cost is paid for with a fee on each product sold and does not require additional advertising costs. Please contact shop@tnkfactory.com with a product detail page or a sales page where the product can be verified.

How are Codebank campaigns carried out?

Codebank is a platform for Advertisers to promote pre-registration for Apps before their launch or updates, or for coupon distribution after their launch. TnK offers Codebank's services free of charge to Advertisers carrying out paid campaigns. Please contact the person in charge (support@tnkfactory.com) for inquiries regarding these services.

How do Advertisers terminate an advertisement and withdraw membership?

Termination and withdrawal are processed after verifying the following information based on the type of Advertiser(individual/corporate). Individual Advertiser: Identification (resident registration card, driver's license) Corporate Advertiser: Company business registration card or account subscriber ID card Once the above information is verified, advertisements are terminated and memberships withdrawn. During withdrawal, the account balance will be refunded according to the refund policy on request. Membership withdrawal is processed once a month / until the fourth Friday of every month.

What are the benefits of TnK Ad as a Publisher?

TnK Ad's publisher platform supports all types of advertisements needed to monetize mobile services. If the mobile service has in-app purchases, advertising revenue can be made by having users who have limited purchasing power participate in TNK Offerwall. If the mobile service does not have in-app purchases, revenue can be generated through CPM and CPC campaigns using display Ads.

How is the SDK for Publishers installed?

Publishers can download the SDK for publishers from the Developer Center (link). Please refer to the guide and sample code to find and insert the necessary code.

Can profits be approximately predicted?

It is hard to predict profits as it varies depending on the type of user using the service and the type and location of the advertisement. However, amongst the services registered as a TNK AD Publisher, there are over 10 services with net profits of more than 100 million KRW based on a 3 months period.

Can Publishers use TnK Ad while using another company's banner ad platform?

It is certainly possible. There already are numerous mobile services that are using TNK AD together with platforms from other companies.

Is it possible to know the state of TnK's Advertiser partners?

As a network platform, TnK Ad is limited in the information it can provide about its Advertiser status as not only is it constantly changing but also because of its privacy policies. However, Publishers who have TNK AD SDK integrated in their service can see the list of active advertising campaigns.

Can Apps with no in-app items register for TnK Ad?

It is possible to register and monetize Apps with no in-app purchases as TNK AD provides all forms of advertising needed to monetize mobile services.

How is revenue generated once an App is registered to TnK Ad?

There are 2 main paths to monetization. The first is for mobile services that have in-app purchases. Through TNK's Offerwall, users can participate in action required advertisements such as install, registration, and SNS participation to receive a reward. The revenue is then shared between TNK and the Publisher. The second is to place Display Ads such as Full-Screen, Banners, Interstitial, and Native Ads in the service and monetize through CPM or CPC campaigns.

Is there a fee for downloads that occur by advertising an App on a service owned by the same Publisher?

This service is free of charge. TNK AD provides an in-house service such that a Publisher can freely advertiser their own App within their service.

Do Publishers need to register Apps on each market individually?

It is fine to register as a single App. However, if the Publisher wishes to check the data by store, it is recommended to register the App on each market individually.

Approval for Publisher registration is not getting processed.

Does TNK provide a service for Influencers?

For Influencers, TNK provides an in-house platform Postingmaker which can be used after registering at postingmaker.com. If you have previously worked as an Influencer, please contact the person in charge as, after a review process, benefits might be added depending on your Influencer status.

How does a Publisher register as an Affiliate Network Partner?

Affiliate Network Partner works through the TNK Affiliate Network brand ADHOOAH. TNK aims for a two-way linkage and will provide prompt support if contacted at support@tnkfactory.com.

What is the procedure to deposit advertisement fees?

After logging into TnK's website, request a deposit in the Billing menu. After the request, deposit the amount specified including 10% VAT. The request will be completed immediately after the deposit has been confirmed.

How do Publishers collect income?

Publishers can request to collect their earnings once revenue exceeds 100,000 KRW. In order to receive a refund, publishers must send a tax invoice including VAT on the refundable amount to billing@tnkfactory.com. Individual developers do not need to issue a tax invoice. After contract fulfillment, the amount excluding 3.3% of withholding tax will be refunded.

When is revenue paid out to Publishers?

Once a request is made after reaching the minimum amount of refunds, publishers receive the payout within 15 to 30 days of the following month.
